The collector's edition has been sold out for over a week and the steel looks to have been sold out as of today, it was still in stock when I checked yesterday.

It's still available at E.Leclerc but they only ship within France. You could try waiting in case it comes back in stock or see if a French ninja can help from E.Leclerc.
