Pre ordered 2 for myself with the 20% off but my debit card is about to expire.
According to HMV I will not be entitled to the discount when I give them my new card details.They will not transfer existing orders over to a new debit card. I have to cancel my order and re order again but loose my discount. Thats crazy Amazon or play.com just transfer existing orders onto your new card.

I have had this issue with hmv in the past and they have sorted it out with no fuss, they took the new details over the phone and reapplied them to the acccount.

This was a while ago and the order had no discount, it had been denied by the bank as the card wasn't valid.

The card expires in 2 weeks time so will not be able to use it for the pre order. I could ring them up but has any one ever tried to sort things out with HMV on the phone its a nightmare. It will cost more for the phone call than for the money I would have saved with the 20% off voucher lol
