you know I may get one on e-bay also
although I think you just want the steel
cause fnac and amazon packaging is not great
getting tired of being stressed if something will arrive damaged
want both... but would be happy just with the steelbook.

my john wick 4 fnac steelbooks are damaged (small dents). all other fnac items survived the delivery somehow.

Even without the French text is it really a good design? Feels like it's almost a random screen grab than art intended as a cover.

I cannot find a picture of the back of this release....any idea as to whether it will contain the English Atmos soundtrack....also will it have English subtitles for the foreign language parts or forced french subtitles throughout the movie?

UPDATE: Jut found the details on Metropolitan's own website. It will include both French and English Dolby Atmos tracks, however it only lists French subtitles....so I am guessing for the foreign language parts in the movie we will only get French subtitles (unless anyone knows the English subtitles will be hard-coded into the film, is that common with Metropolitan releases?). I cannot remember from when I watched the movie how often and how long the foreign language parts were.

I have a similar edition of John Wick 4 and the subtitles for foreign language parts are in french, not english. But the french subtitles for the entire movie were not forced. I suspect it will be the same here. Still this looks like the best steel except for MantaLab

Thanks for that, I'll just have to try and remember how many foreign language parts there are. I did notice for the 2hr doc "Il était une fois John Wick" (known as Wick is Pain everywhere else) on the 3rd disc it states VF/VOSF so I assume that when played in VO it will have forced french subtitles throughout.

DHL wants €56 import charges for 3 of these Boxsets + 1 steelbook in one package, and $51 for 2 Ballerina steelbooks in another... I don't understand how they calculate it, besides DHL taking $17 for each package for themselves. Price difference is 2.5× between them...
Either way I'll no longer order from Fnac to US, f that.

I think when you use Amazon France those prices are paid up front
so no surprises
