At last my replacement Bambi arrived. Guess what sent out in a ****** mailer envelope and bent to hell. Ohhh and guess what what a surprise its a previous returned item as the spine is slashed and previous owner has pulled the shrink wrap off it to check for this. Serious this time screw you Zavvi never again sending out returned second hand goods

My spine slashed Bambi is on its way back now as well. I'm assuming all the good ones are now gone. Fingers crossed for a decent replacement.

I received the Bambi steelbook this week in a simple cardboard envelope without any additional protection (foam). It arrived bent!

Thanks a lot, Zavvi. Are you kidding us with this kind of packaging?

The next big thing after curved TVs will be curved (or bent) steelbooks!

Fortunately, Zavvi will be sending me a replacement.

Best way to do it might be an open letter posted in the Zavvi retailer thread and get members to 'Thank' the post. Then hopefully one of the mods can share it with people high up in Zavvi and make some changes. Closest thing to petition you'll probably get.

I sent back 2 with slashed spines. Hardly seems worth the hassle? Hardly noticeable? They've gouged some of these so badly it's visible from the front.

Why should any of us have to put up with inferior products because Zavvi are incompetent idiots and give their staff Stanley knives to open boxes?

Hey guys, I've recently reached out to them to see if they can share any updates about what their plans are here. I will let you know once I hear from them, and hope we get some positive news. In the meantime, please continue to contact them directly-unfortunately we can't help with individual orders, but rest assured that we continue to share your feedback with them, and all retailers that share updates with us. Hopefully all this constructive criticism does lead to changes and improvements.

Can anyone verify that this version does indeed have a DTS-HD MA 7.1 track? I know the j card states this but all other releases have DTS-HD HR 7.1 tracks. Just wanted to see if anyone has verified by playing the disc. Thanks in advance!
