I'm a bit worried, I ordered 5 separate Criterions in this sale around the 8th of November and not one has turned up and it hasn't been held by Royal Mail due to customs because the product came to under £15 each time.

How long do they normal take to ship standard shipping to the UK?

I've always been told they are customs friendly... I ordered a box set from them that came to about £30 and it got through fine to me.
