If amazon UK still have stock just before release date yes very likely

I noticed on various pre order releases a few days before release date shipping options come available for delivery address outside UK.
Can between 1-7 days before

Sometimes though this can be after release date especially with likes of independent labels (Example Arrow/Eureka etc)

There can be some instances a pre order becomes available for address outside UK at random times and then change back to UK delivery address only.

Warner bros pack same as entertainment store. Brown cardboard mailer. Quite thick with good protection. Should be fine. Usually posts on day of release rather than in post to arrive on release date.

WBshop only ship to the UK. There are releases in Italy, Germany, France etc.. though, so somewhere should stock it for you.

Back of Jcard are in local language
Recently the front also in local language on some europe releases

If you want both front and back of slip to be in English you will need to order UK release
