I bought directly on their website, and they were answering back in January, saying something about shipping by the end of it, but not now.
Of course, because those 3-4 copies they made are all gone, now a chained up in their tomb cripple mutant slave will have to glue together another few for a year.

Agreed, but absolutely nobody has bought this set for the steelbooks. They are dogsh!t, and we knew that going in. The box, and slips however, are beautiful. My catwoman edition may well be my favourite item in my collection. At least top 3.

Carlo is the one and only gimp at CM, but he's the chief gimp of all gimps world wide. Some work at that other Italian Gimp-DYI-retailer and another works for the Iranian mega swindler (which our friend KOSM is friends with). Some even have a forum for people who like to be swindled

I think I'm at the end of my journey with this one. Paid for this over 5 years ago, last year substituted the additional fees. At least it was dispatched to me, however with the missing address house number details, I tried to patch that with Royal Mail to no avail. With all the failings and additional details not being applied, the item was sent back to Switzerland. The tracking isn't available anymore. I can imagine only two outcomes, either it's now destroyed, or Cinemuseum have collected and resold to another. No response to my communication earlier this week. No way to get funds back. Totally pointless 5 years in the making, time for me to move on.

You couldn't have come and picked it up at their local warehouse or office or something?
In our country items can be sent just by name and postcode, or by phone number, if a person is registered in the system.

It arrived 2 minutes away at the sorting office, from where I work. It was 2 miles out from final destination. Royal mail marked it as return, and that was that, I went to the office within 12 hours of working out what happened, but as soon as that decision was made, it was too late. When asked about the applied address change made 48 hours earlier, it was well, no idea why nobody applied it. If they had bothered to deliver to one of the random addresses as the postcode covers 8 potential addresses, it would have be passed on to me by neighbor kindness.

I am trying to contact Pope Leo XIV's oldest brother to ask him to let his brother know that Carlo of CineMuseum is committing a great sin against God, man and nature by not shipping our editions. This gives Italy a bad name. Yes, it's a desperation move by me. I acknowledge that. At least I am doing something instead of just soiling my underpants.

I emailed Carlo again yesterday at [email protected] asking what is going on with my order. He did not respond to the email but to my great shock he refunded me through PayPal. No explanation. While I am disappointed that I will not be getting the Catwoman edition, at least I got most of my money back. The refund was $11.00 short but that is probably due to the current exchange rate and/or a PayPal fee.

I won't disagree on principle, but my catwoman oc is probably my favourite premium release, and that says a lot from the amount I own. I am bias, because I love batman, burton batman the most, but the art used is phenomenal imo.

I wonder if Carlo refunded me because he will try to sell for triple the price the Catwoman set that would have been mine.
