I guess you have an account login when you click on your account you will see the orders that’s how we get the tracking right. You will see a link retry for the payment failed one. You will see one order with payment failed instead of payment success

Yeah mainly because it’s super limited. Luck always plays a part kind of same happened for blade runner 4k and I missed that one. Sent an email to HDZeta guys they said they will be careful next time and this happens now
