My best estimate is between $130-$135 per remaining 1-click: $109.00 + $27.00 shipping - $20.00 deposit + $14.50 fees = $130.50
Fees for Batman Begins were about 12.5%, so I am using that same percentage for the remaining 1-clicks.
Or, I could be full of sh*t about all this.
