1 copy randomly popped up at my local FS so I grabbed it, very happy to have it my collection now.

I was very surprised when I noticed that it is sold out, all the other Warner Steels are still available. But I guess it`s because the Steelbook is the best Batman Begins Steelbook in the World and I´m happy that I have it in my collection.

Be lucky to find 1 or 2 steelbooks of this in local FSs around.

Saw only 1 in the 3 FSs I went to last weekend but I didn't buy it 'cause I already had one.

It is still available in some Future Shops. It's sold out everywhere else apparently

Walmart.ca shows to have it in-stock for $19.93 and 97 cent shipping. They do not ship to the states though.

I might be being really stupid but Amazon.ca are showing this and The Dark Knight in stock for $19.59 each?!
I've never ordered from Canada before but spent all day (payday) looking at these online on eBay before just thinking i'd check amazon. You never know...right?

Or should I expect it to never turn up?

Ignore me, this is obviously gonna be the re-release without inside art right?

The re-releases are supposed to be FS exclusives so should bear no relation to anything appearing on Amazon. I'm pretty sure a member on here ordered this from Amazon CA this week and received it.

Hi there, i've never had a problem ordering from Amazon.ca (touch wood) and as already mentioned yes they deliver very fast, despite quoting 40 weeks (!) for delivery.

Make sure you order each steelbook you buy from them individually so as not to get hit by customs, keeping the value below £15. They have around 20 copies of the Batman Begins steelbook left so you've only got a couple of days before they are again OOS.

I paid for them both on the same order but paid for them both on expedited delivery as gifts. Not that I expect this to make a difference.

I bought this BB steelbook also with Troy and Shawshank Redemption on Tuesday, and this is edition with inner artwork, shipping via Expedited International and with gift wrapt option too. Steelbooks came in cardboard box filled with air bags, but unfortunately Shawskank Redemption has a few dents, so I will have to replace it. Damage of this steelbook had to be already in amazon warehouse because box had no signs of damage. However, from amzona.ca better ordered more than one steelbook then it is more chance that they will pack this better, one piece will be pack surely only in poor jiffy bags which extremely increases the damage of it.

I put the Shawshank steel in my basket but bottled it at the last minute. I'll no doubt change my mind again once these turn up though.

It did come back in stock briefly, promptly ordered and now received....Arrived in a few days via DHL. Always order one at a time though, otherwise you will have to pay tax/customs charges, if you are in the UK.

Arrived undamaged, but with a loose disc inside! Opened up, and was fine, no scratches on the disc, phew!!

And lovely inside art!

Did you order from Amazon.ca? If so although it predicts 30-40 weeks it will actually take 3 or 4 days. No point in paying extra for the faster postage unless you are ordering multiples and wish to prepay the customs charges.
