Batman Forever (Blu-ray SteelBook) [UK]

this is just stupidly ridiculous. what on earth are they thinking. probably gonna cancel the burton ones if forever ends up like this. i'd rather keep the old amaray boxset, at least they all match.
and oddly enough i prefer forever to the burton ones,this is an even bigger blow to me, cause if i had to choose one it would be batman forever. love the film simply because of the riddler and two face are my 2 favourite comic book villians so the two of them in one film is just amazing...even if there were plenty of other issues
i do wonder though, as batman returns, has the more conventional poster art as the back cover i wonder if by some cock up this will end up having the green, bat logo surrounded by a question mark as its back art.

Why? Why be different from the other 3, it looks so out of place. I'll probably still get it, love batman, but would have been so much cooler having all 4 steelbooks go together.

Dont get the whole, Forever being the only odd one out in artwork department!

definitely not the best from the series, but had to get to complete..ordered through Zavvi, waiting for it to show on Amazon as already pre-ordered Burton movies through there
I'm not a huge fan of Forever and & Robin, and the non-matching cover will be enough to stop me buying them.
I'm not a completest, so just Batman and Batman Returns will be sitting on my shelf if the design doesn't change before then.

I thought we might see these two turn up. Hoping we get the logo on the front instead of the artwork used on the french steel.

I always preferred this artwork, to the poster that featured all the main cast.
I remember this art was on the soundtrack (the score, not the one with all the songs), and the U2 single (which was my first single as a kid).
So I've got a little bit of a soft spot for this, still odd though.

I still prefer the artwork of the amaray, but this one brings me back to the VHS days.
Think I'll just be sticking with my normal boxset for these movies now, was hoping to get Burtons 2 and Forever and B&R but seeing as they have gone with this art work I'm giving them a miss now, thanks WB you have done yourself proud......not.
I don't have any of these on blu ray even so I'm getting this and batman and robin to go with batman and batman and returns steelbooks from best buy next week.
