I've purchased many sets from him. His prices are usually reasonable and he ships promptly with tracking. I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased from him. However, he sometimes does not respond timely or at all to messages.

Are you blocked? Does it say "This seller is not accepting bids from you" or some such message? If you've never had any problems with him It sounds like a mix up? He may have blocked you unintentionally intending to block someone else? All you can do is try and contact him and find out.
