But honestly we need to give prop to the HDzeta team for such an insanely smooth GB for Mad Max...everyone who wanted one got one. Their allocation to HDN was impressive. Plus Xin was amazing in packaging and shipping all of our orders. If BvS is anything close to Mad Max GB, we won't have to worry about missing out.

They really stepped up and showed us that they care about us, their collector customers. Funny enough my favorite edition is the most simple one, the Fullslip..after the Boxset of course  ...oh my I can't imagine at how their BvS Boxset will look like oh my I am gonna faint :notworthy: let's hope it will be similar type of releases as Mad Max...I want a Boxset :naughty:
yes they really care about you and ignore the china mainland native customer. So I will never like and buy any steels of HDZETA.

They only allocated a part of the print run to HDN Group Buy (Mad Max release had a print run of 4000 copies). The rest of the print run was made available to chinese market.

Furthermore, being a HDN member, YOU had access to the HDN Group Buy ! So if you chose ''not to participate'' in the Group Buy which you had access to, I just don't understand why you would be upset.

oh please

steelbooks have transcended any local market. the only reason these boutique shops successfully sell out their releases like clockwork is because of the internet and forums like HDN. the days of catering to local markets being relevant and necessary are long gone.

(and I'm referring to premium releases, not USA distributions from big retailers)

u misunderstand my point. chinese customer got often the wreck or scratch product of HDZETA. So I am very confuse why HDN got the perfect product. ZETA is very more caring about the intermational customer than china mainland. this is my point. I thins about this Blufans is better than HDZETA. HDN is a very important blu-ray forum and I like it very much too.

There is the same risk of damage whether you are based in China or abroad. It sounds like you may have simply been unlucky, but I'm sure it will be possible to arrange a replacement if you take @digitalbabe 's advice.

THANKS A LOT. I am very confused HDZETA is insulting me with bad words in China mainland, but never say the product. Maybe I hit it? I never wanna black anyone. I just say the product itself not the person. But i don't wanna still talk about this. He never talk it with me, but insult me to others. I am very disappoint. This is end.

Well, there is lots of misinformation spread about companies whether because of true order issues, or other competitive reasons. I would suggest you contact him in private to discuss. This thread is not the place for personal disputes.

I talked always the product itself. Not the personal disputes. I hope the product is better and better and ZETA stop insulting me and focus on the product itself. THANKS.

You are getting personal because you are saying they've insulted you. Personal attacks are not ok on this forum. We can't solve any issues unless it pertains to a member to member trade (you purchased an item in a trade thread or via a group buy, on this site). I encourage you to contact @wxlinkswd if you have any complaints about HDzeta or their products.

Wait, saying HDZeta insulted him —insult is an odd word here but Ludwig doesn't seem fluent in English so that's just his way of saying HDZeta doesn't care about reclamations— is a personal attack that cannot be shared on this forum?

Zavvi has received a copious amount of hatred far worse than what Ludwig just said. Even FilmArena (customer service) or Nova (servers) get a lot a justified flack and it can be informative to know about such experiences in threads like these — because we all know when people are told to go in retailer threads, it nips lively debates in the bud.

Thanks for sharing Ludwig - obviously very few people on this thread will be able to help besides @wxlinkswd so yes, it's better to contact him with a Private Message to let him know. ;)

As for me I've been lucky with HDZeta thus far, between Gladiator (#3, lenti), Saving Private Ryan (#4, lenti), Interstellar (#7, lenti) and Mad Max (#9, full slip). It's a shame that we'll probably have to wait AGES for this because I assume Terminator 3 (#5), Terminator 4 (#10), Sucker Punch (#11), How to Train your Dragon 2 (#12), LA Confidential (#13) and Forrest Gump (Silver #11) will likely come before BvS (#14). But this steelbook looks awesome already so it'll be worth the wait! :)

Correct and that is why they need to communicate directly-There is a whole bigger back story to this, that has nothing to do with our community- it's up to them to solve it and they've both been privately asked to do so:) Lively debates about retailers should go in the retailer threads-folks are subscribed to release threads and don't want to receive all of the ot notices that have nothing to do with the release.
