The boxset was $180 + $20 shipping if I can recall. I think the single editions were $60 + $10. That was when we predicted the cost be $150 for boxset and $60 for the singles. Looks like they are all sold out.

The UK for shipping would be $10 which is reasonable. Not much different in the GB cost. With the direct shipping from the retailers it would be nicer if they could split this in different regions such as europe, america, rest of the world.
