How is one of the highest earning studios producing such sub-par looking steelbook releases for what is arguably the most popular movie franchise?! The fact it's spot-gloss came as a surprise to me, but even that doesn't save this steel from looking terribly cheap. Please try harder, Disney/Marvel... much harder!

I haven't received mine yet, but from what I can tell from the pics, I still think it's a nice steelbook overall. Without the slipcover, it's a little barren though, but it doesn't matter as it will be in the slipcover for most of the time.

Got mine today the 4k version.
Mine has a slight black mark like a paint chip as pictured on the opening of the steelbook.
So many zavvi steelbooks come with a Mark some were it's a joke.

No they're not. It's just a general thing to say now because that's where they've had their steelbook from. It's just quicker than explaining 'the movie studio' explaination each time. People are fully aware the retailer does not design the steelbook

My 3D copy arrived today... 3D was a no brainer due to it having the Imax scenes.

I really like the steelbook design, its really nice in hand. Glad Disney UK have stuck with Titles on the spine, Means i no longer have to double dip on a re-release

Unless you really really want to watch the film / extras right now then I wouldn't feel too gutted... this is a steelbook I could have waited months to years for lol.

So it's ok to sell us ~74% of the movie for full price as long as it sounds good? Infinity War was shot entirely on IMAX cameras, all 3 formats need IMAX ratio intact.

I haven't upgraded to Atmos yet so can't really comment on how good the audio is, but listening to it downscaled I did think it sounded better than Ragnarok.
