That’s what Zavvi get for being so cr@p. Never had an issue with HMV and more than happy to give them even more of my custom.

Do we know what's on the bonus disc and is it something new or was it included in some previous release?

The previous release I have just has two discs - the 4K UHD one and a blu-ray with both 2D and 3D versions on it:
