Yeah, but Play.com doesn't ship (reading the EU options) to the Czech Rep. So, I guess it is an exclusive in the countries it delivers to. Gray area this and open to interpretation I guess

Doubt it... Release date is 14. 11. 2012. Another batch could have been ordered and this time for sale in the territories

Yes but Braveheart might actually be OOS by then, think that's what they're bargaining on..I doubt they placed an order for X amount like a normal customer, they probably worked something out with Play and we have seen this before. On another note the Play version had no special features as advertised (and it's still on the website ) it had 'disc 1' printed on the blu-ray and 'disc 1' printed on the DVD (from like 10 years ago). Still not worth 40 Euros
