Looks cool but I'm going to have to give it a pass. Too many releases these days. I'm going to mainly focus on newer releases to satisfy my movie addiction

Even though I have no intention of buying this, I hope it has lots of debossing front and back as the artwork seems to imply. It would bode well for the future. Sure a border and embossed title was cool at first, but now that every other Fox title has this kind of embossing, it doesn't really cut the mustard anymore.

It may not be as nice as the play one but it is much better than the one we have in the States. I'll get one as it is a favorite movie of mine.

personaly i think this one can be much nicer than Play one. guess we have to wait for first real pictures . would be nice if they add something extra inside for the weight

A collector should be somebody who is prepared to get the odd release that came out before they started collecting, not someone who wants everything re-released just for them.

Nail and head! A collectable market succeeds by establishing items of rarity that rise in price. Just re releasing every title so everyone can have one and not have to pay a premium price defeats the entire objective of that market.

I mean why don't they just repaint all the old masters, so we don't have to pay millions and can all have one lol.

Easy pass on this, the original looks so much nicer.

This is a good opportunity to make up for the previous 2-disc steelbook release, which consisted of a Blu-ray and a DVD. Make this the 2 Blu-ray set instead. But I think this will be a 1-disc steelbook

I found out about steelbooks late last year. I've bought about 15 or so since, however my collection has come to a halt as we have had a baby, and I now have to pay £786 a month on childcare.

I consider myself a collector of steelbooks, when money allows. However I don't earn a fortune, and aside from buying the original captain america steel for £45 I never pay more than £20 for a steel as that is all I can afford.

personally I am grateful that this awesome steel is getting a re-release as I cannot afford the original, however much I want it...

Love the Play.com version and this one looks great, too. This one has to be debossed though. Hopefully it's not another missed opportunity like Total Recall North America.
