I've seen in lots of FA release threads the fanbois are always - wow that looks great, I'm sitting there thinking nope that looks rubbish... And all FA seem to know how to do is spot gloss on a slip, no other texturing and their lentis are abysmal.

I've said and thought this for so long. To me most their images they choose for their slips look like knock off images put together like the type you'd get on a snide copy down the pub and I sit there thinking are people really raving about this? Can they not see what I see?

And again that is pretty much all they know is how to do a decent finish on the actual slip and I can't stress how bad their lentis are, embarrassingly bad

Every so often they make a great package IMO but it's very far and few between

That being said I actually think this full slip looks decent but the film is rubbish but the majority know that anyway. I only bought the steel a few years back because of the finish and bossing plus i got it dirt cheap

What does that even mean? Didn't they have enough artwork to choose from? Did they run out of silky paper for the full slip?
