Yeah it does seem steep for shipping.
I don't know much about the company apart from they made an amazing looking into the wild slip but that was also massively over priced.
So is this their first steel release?
Problem for me is not knowing when other certain premiums go live like blufans dr strange, dory and both Star Wars and with the new GB rules and paying up front I don't want to be caught out and not being able to get a copy of them.
So I'm weighing up my options and if I should go for this
I really like this film and the steel & slip look amazing, the colours used are perfect for my eyes lol
But beware, the steelbook is €10 but shipping is €11 and paying €21 for an empty steelbook case is just ridiculous if you ask me

Btw, some here should probably take it down a gear. 11€ is alright for shipping to the UK, I'm charged more by UK companies to ship stuff to me so I dunno really. Another company would ask you to pay 13.99€ which is the cheapest DHL shipping price within the EU and SA checked for a cheaper price to save their international customers some money. Pretty cool if you ask me. Is there a cheaper option? Yes, sure but it's rarely used by companies because while it does come with tracking there's no insurance so companies usually don't wanna use it. I think the price of the steel is fine too. Lots of extras and embossing, great art, dunno what's there to complain.

Were they exclusive to SA? As in were the steels WEA?

If you're ONLY wanting to buy this because it's a steelbook, then your priorities are out of whack.
I've known about this release for weeks. I want to buy it because I'm a huge fan of the movie. And the artwork is amazing. Scanovo Keep Case or Steelbook, doesn't matter to me either way. It's the same art, and the same movie. If you like the movie Prisoners, you should have had your money "sorted out" 2 weeks ago.
No, not WEA or exclusive (forgot Ninja and Spring in my picture), you can still find the steels in Belgium/Holland/Germany.

I'm fully aware of keep case editons and there are quite a few over the years I would of liked especially from kimchi but I don't buy ammray cases anymore. Or if I do I won't spend £45 on them.
I'm tempted if kimchis the nice guys is only a keep case though (and even that will be cheaper than this)
I knew about this release the other week but I only collect steels and although I loved the art I just wasn't prepared to pay that price for a ammray case even though I wanted the slip but I don't mind it when it's a steel. I feel like it's worth the money more. Plus did I mention I just collect Steelbooks?
So don't try and patronise me and say to me I should of had my money sorted 2 weeks ago when I wasn't prepared to buy it as a keep case editon plus you have no idea on other peoples situations.
Lovely surprise to see its a steel editon but maybe that should of been confirmed 2 weeks ago.

Now it's revealed as a SteelBook, I'm very tempted to place an order. Slips and steel look awesome! Never used or know a lot about SteelArchive though, just signed up in caseIs the price of £45.5 shipped to UK accurate @Flloydo?

I do! I have the US amaray and the other German steelbook.
What I mean was, when it comes to premium releases (slip box, booklets, individually numbered), I don't care if it's a keep case or steelbook. It all comes down to the movie itself.
The only things I don't really like, are Kimchi lenti's. I prefer the full slip lenti's like Plain.
