Hard to say, could actually be legit - meaning that Zavvi only got the exclusive for the 3D / 2D.

Not the 2D (by itself).

The fact that a similar listing has appeared on Amazon.de suggests that it is a listing for third party sellers. If it is a separate release then the posts from the other thread probably need moving.

I would take a guess this is the usual person putting a zavvi exclusive Steelbook listing for sale as a pre order
And as usual anyone who places a order will get usual just before release date a message from amazon sorry were unable to supply you with your order

I of course could be wrong but it's looks to me it's the usual as title
Always has BD or retail in listing

What I don't understand is why amazon still allowing this as with all other previous zavvi exclusives none ever get shipped and only after release date can they be used to get a order supplied
They should not allow any pre orders be put on there website that's not meant to be
It only causes confusion and the person who keeps doing this should have there account banned and not allowed trade on amazon

Only after release date should third party sellers be allowed list a title for sale

I already spoke to amazon last time when little mermaid was listed and it was removed from the site for sale

Amazon need to understand a pre order of another website exclusive is not allowed and should do more checks on the seller and details of title been supplied for a listing
No title should be listed until it's a confirmed listing and that listing is allowed be listed as a pre order
Lucky for amazon payment system this gets found out in time as I hate to think what could happen if seller was allowed take payment when order placed

As with most other Zavvi exclusives, this will turn out to be a mistake listing by Amazon. The clue is normally the 'BD' in the title

nosing around on amazon stumbled on this looks like 2d steelbook version be my bet, region free not more info atm.
