I wouldn't be surprised if Zavvi have the same artwork.
You do realise it will be the same art? The only difference will be the finish, embossing (if any) and pictures on spine instead of the title. It's the same for every Disney / Marvel release.

The North American version will possibly be a crappy finish with a spine and front title (possibly embossed or debossed) and the U.K./ rest of the world Will have a decent finish but no spine and front title with possible embossing or debossing on the heads.

TBH, I don't like the confirmed artwork at all. Lazily and uninspiringly photoshoped. Another WWA steelbook which needs to be covered by extra slips.
Just google for "Captain america civil war" pictures, and ANY of the first ten hits would be better than this (the one from @Kizza would be awsome).
