It got really bad reviews, but anyone here see the film and like it?

I remember being interested after seeing the previews, but wasn't sure what to think given the feedback online.

I saw it while it was in theaters and thought it was enjoyable. Definitely not as bad as some people say. But than again, at that point I was looking to watch something a little lighter after I saw that pseudo deep, giant steaming pile called 'Prometheus'.

Just to update guys this is now listed at £16 but knowing HMV it it likely to rise a few quid.

I know a lot of people are saying they are passing on this as it was a 'crap' film but how many other steels have we said this about only to order it once the artwork has been released? I for one have pre-ordered and will await judgement until I see the artwork. I didn't get to see it in the cinema when I wanted to so still might go ahead with it.

Just a thought though. Each to their own as they say. :)

Thanks dvdjunkie, price adjusted in OP. Think they'll have to pull something really special out of the hat in terms of artwork for this one if they want to shift more than just a few copies judging by the response of most contributors to this thread toward the actual movie itself.

I'm in two minds about this so I will await further info on the artwork before I commit.

It's a strange HMV exclusive in the same way Rampart was. Mediocre film with not much of a following, but it will probably end up going OOS quickly like Rampart. Still won't be getting this one though.
