Why couldn't they keep the same background as the original darker poster. Not f*cking silver!

silver is the colour the metal so no paint so I can imagine that's why you get so many. White steelbooks are rare - think only Dead Man & Ex Machina I have that are actually white white

There are a good few white steelbooks (eg: Warner Premium collection: Blade Runner, Se7en, Last Samurai etc....)but most are matte. Not gloss like the 2 you mentioned.

I'm guessing those glare lines are probably to show that it'll be metallic... hopefully I'm wrong!

Not a question of price with colour, any colour, silver included, although if the steel is left at bare metal I'm presuming there must be some monetary saving in the manufacturing process.
Thought it was common knowledge that all ZOOM EXCLUSIVE STEELBOOKS are to be silver (just joking) as in the 4 announced recently.

. . . and if FIFTY SHADES OF GREY ever gets a steelbook release I know now which retailer should be selling it exclusively as the digibook is no substitute for a steelbook in the majority of cases.

RE: SILVER / GREY STEELBOOK - loads of cool U.K. steelbooks around going back to some of the early releases from 2009 like:- T2: SKYNET EDITION, THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO and the rest . . . including a whole bunch of white / off-white steelbooks

Regarding the fetus, which looks to be about 12 weeks, when compared to this image:-

. . I just have one questions and one comment:
- Where's the umbilical cord on our steelbook ?
- The amniotic fluid in which the baby sits is normally clear or slightly yellow at this stage so looks fine on our steelbook although the slightly cloudy look of the sac and around the sac could be down to the ciggie.
