It's not listed as a HMV exclusive
So I expect in the next few days be listed on Amazon UK and Zavvi etc
I was thinking the same think. It doesn't say HMV exclusive. I'm definitely hoping Zavvi get it.
but the idea of bundling it with slipcase box edition came to mind mind too
Good Guys' Edition release was also trade wide
HMV used their own website link on the steelbook listing for Good Guys Edition for obvious reasons

I hope the artcards here will be different to the ones in the Fullslip release.
At least they seem to know what geeky collectors want - to stick things inside other things.
HMV list release as July so 2 months after the good guys edition.

The releases was planned at different times to each other this results in different manfacturing dates so that would result in different release dates
Universal decided on doing a steelbook after The Good Guy's Edition was decided
The Blu-ray discs are made same time but packaging type decisions can sometimes be decided at different times to each other
Some releases can be decided same time or decided later
I expect the later decision on doing a steelbook was help increase sales of the discs that was made based on existing orders done for Good Guy's Edition and Standard Amaray release
Product release dates though are always subject to change
