I have never been to bothered if a steelbook is 1 disk, unless I can get a version with a 3D disk also.very rarely do I watch extras, unless its a good documentry,as on the UK DVD version,of this movie
City of God This was never available in 3D
and would never be
3D is of no interest to me unless it has exclusive extras
I always end up watching in 2D more with repeat viewings
so to me 3D is pointless and on its way out long term
I also find others are the same they end up watching repeat viewings in 2D
Extras to me are very important and will always buy version if it has more extras and better picture quality its take priority when I decide to buy
I love films and always interested in making of extras
Taxi driver has amazing extras
Godfather has amazing extras
I could list a lot more
I have Films on Blu-ray and DVD were there is amazing extras and some the extras are so good there better than the film itself and that includes when film itself been good but extras are better
Rule to me buying is must have all previous extras and if was 2 discs
a steelbook should have exact same as previous release
If this does not happen then the steelbook would have to have amazing artwork to make purchase again
Note fore new releases I will purchase a steelbook over a standard release as long as no extras are missing I don't consider 3D disc missing as important unless it has decent exclusive extras
Example Prometheus 3D came with exclusive Bonus Disc and a must purchase over the standard release
