If they replace all the copies for you then that will be a sure fire way to make sure you get the postage owed, don't send the replacement until they cough up

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing a copy of the Jack Reacher Entertainment Store Exclusive Steelbook.

Our supplier (Paramount Home Entertainment (UK)) has informed us of a manufacturing issue whereby there is a very fine scratch running down the right hand side of the front cover.

As this is our first exclusive Steelbook, we want to make sure you have the beautiful mint Steelbook you ordered, not one with a scratch down the front.

Paramount has kindly offered to arrange for re-manufacture of the entire run of 500 Steelbooks (and no more). We, The Entertainment Store, will be automatically sending out a replacement copy to you free of charge.

There is no need to return the defective version you originally received – you are free to keep this.

However, if you have chosen or do choose to return your original copy to us for a refund then we will not be able to send you a replacement free of charge.

Creating new stock will take several weeks and this means you can expect to receive your replacement copy around w/c 27th May 2013.

Thank you for your patience with this matter, and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I got the same email too but I asked for clarification about it because my circumstances are obviously very different to most.

If we do end up getting replacements for everyone and I get a refund for my missing copies...happy days!!!

Just to be sure, all people who applied in the GB will be getting a free replacement copy and will jsut have to pay postage in order to get it?

HERE'S THE DEAL GUYS!!!!

ALL 27 of you are indeed eligible for a free replacement copy.

However, you will have to pay for shipping costs and fees for materials because I will have to order a bunch more for packaging and labels etc.

Please note, international members who did not contribute towards increased postage costs for the first batch will have this fee included on the shipping for their replacement copy.

All future updates (including this one) will be in the group buy thread only, I will only private message to answer a query or when sending invoices.

If you are happy to pay postage and fees for your replacement copy please send me a PM entitled "REQUESTING REPLACEMENT JACK REACHER COPY" and I will add you to the list in my OP.
