Ladies and Gentlemen,


I am going to lead some groupbuys for the next FNAC exclusive releases.

I have access to a large number of these releases, so there's no starting limitation, you can order as many copies as you want.
However, if my supplier can't afford that many copies, I will have to impose some restrictions.

If you place an order here, please hold it until the end of the groupbuy, or I won't be able to accept you on a next groupbuy. However, you can increase your order as long as there's no restriction.

Of course, every Hidefninja rule applies to my groupbuys. A part of the price will be given to the forum. I bear the initial fees for each groupbuy.

The price of the Steelbook includes everything, except for the paypal fees and the shipping costs. It is possible to pay via bank transfers, without any additional fee. For those who prefer paypal, please make sure I receive at least the amount asked for this groupbuy. No tip is required.

As I said on the other GB thread, I have placed you on a reserve list until H&G becomes available again online, or it is sold in store (fnac.com said that it was a web exclusive).

How long do you want me to hold your Star Trek ?
H&G will be released in July, you'll have to wait that long and you even won't be sure to have a copy

It's true ... please just hold for a couple of weeks to see if H&G gets available again, if not you can ship it by itself. This one will be my first FNAC ...

I tried to place an other order online, but the steelbook is now OOS.
I place your order on the reserve list, waiting for my orders fro fnac.com to arrive.

If everything or so is mint and don't need to be returned, I will be able to complete your order. Otherwise, I'll have to find some more copies somewhere

The Groupbuy is temporary closed until I know how many copies I have exactly !

I received this morning the steels from FNAC.COM.
4 parcels... Not a single protection for any of them...

They still deserve the honorific title of "worst steelbook sender ever".
Just have a look to the parcels I received from them... I have just opened them and took the pictures. I haven't removed or changed anything :










The good news is #1 : I have enough mint copies for everyone.
The bad news #1 is : Some of these mint copies have one or two very minor tears in the shrinkwrap.
The good news #2 is : Everybody will have at least 1 perfect copy
The bad news #2 is : I have plenty of defect copies (loose discs and paint chips) and I will have to deal with FNAC's terrific customer service

Oh my god!

This looks horrible and it's very sad to see how FNAC treats Steelbooks. Even if this were ordinary keep cases it would be a bad way to pack them. I would send these photos to FNAC and ask them if they think this is secure packaging.

I am very sorry that you have to deal with the customer service now

Hey JC! I really appreciate all your time and effort. I know it must be a pain in the @ss to check every copy and have to deal with CS. It's not easy to make a group buy purchase for 40+ OCD collectors, so kudos!

i always ship my fnac orders on store. So i can check there and replace what it is damaged or get refund.

Yes, but I had no other choice than ordering online. I have already taken each copy left in the 3 FNAC stores of Lyon.
