HDN (and myself) will be hosting a group buy for The Hobbit Digibook exclusive to Walmart.

Items will be shipped from the USA to HDN directly and then resent to international HDN members. I can combine ANYONE that is part of the Zero Dark Thirty steelbook group buy that I am running.

In addition, I will offer to stop by the store close to my work to pick up any 3D card of your choice if you'd like to do that. This is for IN-STORE orders only, and payment is required up front for the item.

Choices include Gandalf, Bilbo and Thorin.

PRICE: $26.96 + tax + $3.50 gb fee + shipping.

Since you want the 3D card, I'll be picking up in store on release day and will require payment later today and I will invoice you, don't worry.

If you didn't want the card, that means Walmart would ship to me if I order online - when it arrives, it would be reshipped to you.

Tracking from USPS would cost over $35 to ship 1 copy. I typically insure if the member wants it, against loss or damage and that package does not need to be tracked which costs much less.

When you send the invoice, just mention my shipping options, I never had any problems, I will have it shipped as you regurarly do most of the time probably.

This pre-order is kind of a pain. I pre-ordered two copies in store. You have to either create a VUDU account, or if you already have one, sign in, enter the code and your address where you want the blu-ray combo pack shipped.

I wasn't able to put two codes in for one VUDU account, so, I had to create a VUDU account for my fiancee and enter the second code for her account. This would have been so much easier if it was a down payment type of pre-order, and you come back to the store to pick it up on release day. Not surprised Wal Mart is doing this since they own VUDU

Hey guys, so here's the actual story with the 3-D cards. Not only do you need a VUDU account to do it, you can only use 1 per account and it's VUDU (not Walmart) that ships the digibook to you.

SO, having said that I was able to pick up 2x of these 3-D cards - since I will sign up for an account and have someone else help.

These will randomly be awarded to members of this group buy - both cards are Gandalf (I looked at all 3 and thought these were the best).

Hope that's not a big issue - if you can't get the card for certain and want out of the group buy, let me know ASAP.

Order for the remaining requested digibooks will be placed on March 4, 2013.
