yep, this means the package will go to the custom. Got the same message. After 2 days i got the letter that i can get it there. 30 € i had to pay

I would call them . Got my message from customs after two days. I hope you will get your package.
(a friend of mine had the same problem; no notification and after seven days the package was sent back to China)

I called them today and the woman told me that they cant give me information on phone, lol. Now I have to go to the customs duty office just to ask them if they have my package
