Just checked online the 3D was scrapped as the film went over budget.

Really I had a pretty good idea which i think ultimately caused me to side on the pro side for the movie.

If the disk is region free it does come out tomorrow in the states and amazon does ship international for those not wanting to wait until July

I saw it was warner earlier today, warner is pretty much always region free. But I live in the states so its out tomorrow for us.
