In this giveaway, you will have the chance to chime in about your favorite Halloween tradition, your decorations, costumes, your favorite horror limited editions, favorite horror movies and more!

I will change the discussion question once per day.

Hey all, the halloween giveaway continues! A new question for today has been added to OP. Get creative and have fun!

F..... this is a tough one, i am not one of those "word smith´s" but here it is

My pitch (take #1 )

Imagine a dark wet basement, two people are chained to the wall.
You hear foot steps coming from above (thump, thump, thump)
In comes hideous man with sweat & pus covering his face, in his left hand he is holding a scolding hot fireplace poker.
Man starts to undress one of the girls, violently while the other one screams for her life (mother, father, god help us!!!!)

Other girls chain breaks loose, she fights the "monster" that has tormented them for years.
Girl looses her footing and the monster gains the upper hand, he smashes her front teeth in, while grabbing firmly on her throat.
While the other girl gasps for air trough her blood shot mouth the other one gets brutally sodomized by the "monster" while he watches the other one gasping for her last breath.
Months/years pass on with the same happening to the surviving girl daily.
Some 10 years, when the girl turned 21 she breaks free from her shackles, stumbles her way in to the upstairs, finds her in the middle of suburban "anywhere USA" she sees an infant, mother and the "monster" having monday morning breakfast.
She graps the first thing she could find (pair of rusty scissors that are laying on the steps from the basement)
She quickly releases that the whole family has been apart of her torment and the baby is the spawn of her hell.
Quickly as she can she sprints towards the man sitting in the head of the table and stabs him in the throat, leaving him gasping for his life, like he had left her friend all those years ago.
As quickly as she had turned on the husband she jumped for the wife sitting across the table and started tabbing her with the knife she had found on the table, sense this was not a sharp knife she had to scratch, stab, bit & claw her face, eyes, nose & mouth until there was no breath left in the woman.
As she gases to the eyes of the surviving infant, she realises what kind of mongrul/bastard/demon child she has brought to the world.
She begins to beat the child against the table, she realises her that it is in fact her child.
As the child lies cold, dead, brain matter using to the grown, she realises what is she has done, she walks out he door with a knife, only to find.............

I guess that 100-200 words
Bare in mind that this was written by a Finnish dude while i was drunk, so it might make no sense to some, but when you are as hammered as i am, this is the scariest story you ever read (not watch)

This would be called: Innocence past.

Probably there are some spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes in their, because I am dyslectic, and I'm dutch XD. Anyway, have fun


It is Halloween night and children are going past the nicely decorated houses to collect candy.
Jake (12) is also doing this together with his little sister (6) and they already established to have a nice collection of candy that took them a lot of trick or treating.
When they walk to the next house they are stopped by a group of teenage boys, who want the candy from Jake and his sister.
Jake does not want to give it to them and says no, but the leader of the pack of boys ( a boy with a golden chain around his neck) pushes him to the ground and grabs the bag of candy.
The boys steel the candy from the bag and destroy the bag of Jake and his sister by stabbing in it with a knife.

The sister of Jake is crying......

The gang of teenage boys walk away after the incident and smash a pumpkin in the garden of an old manor. Then the door opens and an old lady waves to them with a nice big shiny boil full with candy!
The boys enter the house of the old lady and the door closes behind them.

Jake and his sister in the mean while have headed back home to get another bag to collect candy. They see the old manor and the smashed pumpkin and head to the door.
They ring the bell and the old lady opens the door.
She smiles to Jake and his sister and says: "I have the perfect candy for you!"
She walks to the kitchen while Jake and his sister wait outside.
She returns with a nice plate with 5 gingerbread man of which one has a gold chain made of suger.

Jake and his sister are really happy with the gingerbread man and the sister of Jake grabs the one with the golden chain made of sugar and bites its head of. "Hmm that is really tasty!

In a small apartment on the street Gobstras in southern Wistons live a nice family. In one saturday, brothers went to their rooms. Only Monique was in living room.
Sitting in a chair was thinking about his empty live. At one point, her thoughts turned to the corner of the room. In which was lying the old ouija board.
In next scene, we see a girl who reaches for the ouija board. When she touch the array immediately went through her strange chill. But even though it puts it on the table.
After several attempts, nothing happens. Bored Monique thinking that I decided last time.
But this time, after touching a array feels a strange presence of someone in the room.

Year 1963, 18th of October...this is the day when i first met Dr. Gustaff. A man that soon will change everything that i believed in.

We met in the one of the book stores on the corner of Monstrich Strasse, he was nervously looking for a book on the shelf. He was the strange person.

When i saw him...he was in a hurry, however when he took out the book from the shelf he was only checking last three pages of it. After that he was looking for another one, in a different section, on the different row...it was disturbing, the way he moved his finger through this 3 pages...

He was looking for something, some particular sign. I asked him, if he need some help...there was no sound from him. He stopped, came to me, looked into my eyes in silence. He stared at me for about a minute...took my hand and wrote an address on my hand and an hour 23:00. When i was reading out loud what was written he left the store. I was curious, a heard a lot of stories about him, what had happened to him?

Back in 1958 he was one of the best surgeon in Kultegrad. Beautiful wife, two children and a colossal mansion near the river. One day he had fired all his working stuff and closed the doors to the mansion. From that time there was only blackness in his windows…apart from one in the right side of the west wing. His whole family vanished with him…

I suppose he came back to the living…but the address…it’s the address of his mansion. I realized that it is an invitation, but for what? Why? Why me? Curiosity is something…something that is making me to go and check. I need to know.

I drove to the mansion, left my car near the entry gate. There was no light, no sound…no lock on the gate!!! I opened the gate and followed the path to the main door to the mansion. There was dark inside, however I saw a little glimpse of light…I followed it and I had found out that the light is coming from the hole in the lock of a wooden door. When I opened it I saw Dr. Gustaw who was standing behind the small man that was sitting on the chair. Dr. G was looking into the sealing, where the stairs to the attic was, and the small man was looking directly at me…I came closer…closer…

This was not a man, it was a doll (!!!!!!) It was looking like a mannequin. It raised his hand and said:

“In your deepest fears you may see the way to the Astral Sleep”

Dr Gustaw turned his head down and looked at me and said:


“Your soul will weep...Show us the way”

The movie is called: Don't Walk Away

It's late, around 2am, a long dark alley is the very first shot. You can sense a tiny light at the end of the alley. Camera moves towards the light, slow, very slow. Then, all of the sudden, a lady with black hair walks by in front of the camera, very very close. You can't see her face, she just walks by. She's bleeding but then, she disappears. Camera keeps moving, now faster. As the camera keeps moving forward, the alley gets bigger and bigger. Then, a man screams. It's a long scream. Camera runs towards the tiny light. There's a door, the guy opens it. There's a lady laying on the ground, she's scared, crying slowly and her eyes are bleeding. "You're late" she says. She smiles.

Camera faces the guy now. He's ridiculously laughing.

Cut.

[black screen]

DON'T WALK AWAY appears on screen with big letters and a scary sound.

That's the start of the movie.
