Obviously was an error in my part cancelling this by error from zavvi but I’m positive I never cancelled but just looked up one title to cancel, and the remaining lot on pre order cancelled.
What is done is done.
But I like to make big orders with various releases dates as only pay one postage cost, if I had to pay for each one I would be long gone from buying from them.
I was able to place most of my cancelled orders yesterday again and couple more and all was good.
Then I noticed today I forgot to add two titles I wanted so as nothing was pending or changed for into cancel the order so I can then two more items.
Normally everything is canceled but certain ones never canceled, so I went on each of these that would not cancel and did them individually and now it says processing cancellation? Yes on 4 of them.
Normal this is canceled right away and if it had i could then make that same order with the extra two titles I forgot to add.
But i can’t make than new order as I have still 4 titles saying processing cancellation??
I just have a feeling even though im not charged for any of these 4 titles or nothing says awaiting dispatch then should not be an issue.
Just feel zavvi has got something in there system than even though you cancelled they still go ahead with these 4 titles and take payment , the rest cancelled ok but not 4 of them still says processing cancellation.
I sort of wished I had not touched the order and left as is, but should have been an easy cancellation of the big order and add a few more I bet I end up paying postage for the titles I have processing cancellation which I bet are then charged, which should not happen as I have cancelled them prior to any payment taken or dispatch.
And that means the remaining that did cancel I will probably have to order them again separately and pay another postage fee.
Man zavvi sure sucks and what gets me not always but at times i sometimes leave in a certain account very little money in the account some still come off my account even though not enough money there and some say card issue.
But they should not be able to get any funds if not enough to cover that item.
The reason I lost my corpse bride edition was a few days prior I went on and cancelled a steelbook I had pre ordered but unsure what happened I either thought I had cancelled or went to check and it had not been cancelled I’m positive I had, reason is it’s going to be less to purchase in my country lol now I’m paying more for this steel, obviously as money was taken in advance I’m committed.
But strange when I went back to look on a order it had gone and that was one with corpses it was cancelled and a few remaining titles in there to.
Maybe I’m losing the plot a little bit I’m sure these guys are playing games with me.
It even takes them 21 days and more to even start sending my stuff and that’s after me asking what’s going on, they say it’s dispatched back whenever but actually the tracking tells me not. It’s only after I complain many times why these are not actually on there way something gets done, this has happened on lots of occasions, i probably have a bunch of titles that go together and it’s like it’s cost them out of pocket to send them. Not my problem they are the ones who charge one postage fee no matter how many items there are.
My current order on its way was like 28 days said dispatched yet tracking not moving, you get the same normal auto response and all other excuses until then finally send them.
It’s like they are hoping you forget about them, others who use them here from another state gets them sent by Royal Mail and to us, where as my state it’s FedEx and a third party.
I questioned them about it they said for various reasons locations etc etc.
Probably something like Amazon one guy might get item from one warehouse all well packed and other from another warehouse and not so well packed etc.
I can get many items from here people who sell these things as there business or side job and some ain’t much more and others are a good bit more.
Sometimes I wonder why I continue to support zavvi been with them since the says they started.
Not only that i find occasionally certain titles might not be available to us here or the many sales or good deals on certain items again not offered.
I seen a few item in past I was interested in and when I seen it was on sale cheaper I was great but not for us, i did complain that the sales etc should include all, but nothing had changed.
Wow better stop here bit of a rant going on, but they do tick me off at times.
I maybe wrong but i personally think these guys might not be around in next few years I just think they are on there way out.
