I love all Tim Burton stop animation - you can easily forget how long it takes them to put these type of films together, its amazing really.

Agreed, I just love how the 'living' world is b&w and the dead world is colorful one, but that is very Tim Burtonesque.

And the steelbook kind of matches that. Victor is less colorful but the deceased characters have more color to them

i thought that about pans labyrinth. never thought that would sell out at full price with plain wrong artwork.

this steelbook is actually very nice. personally, i wouldnt gamble on this going down in price before it sells out.

But ES doesn't ship outside UK. That makes a BIG difference in ability to be able to sell out steelbooks. (Unless you do ultra limited print runs like BF and Kimchi. Personally the only title I've ever bought from ES is Forbidden Planet because they shipped it to me from their Ebay outlet.
