Plot: A series of high level jewelry thefts up and down the Pacific Coast Highway have gone unsolved for years, primarily because the perpetrator has lived by a strict code he calls ‘Crime 101'. Police attribute the thefts to Colombian cartels, but Detective Lou Lubesnick’s gut says it’s the work of just one man. Now the lone-wolf jewel thief is looking for that fabled final last score and Lou breaks all the rules of Crime 101.

What an excellent, smart, almost perfect film, that I went ahead and gave 5 stars anyway, because in these days you can't expect better. It borrows a lot from the structure of Heat, but is different enough to stand on its own. Set in my favorite LA as well, filmed and acted extremely well, so that even if you look at the watch during the 2 hour and 20 minute runtime, it's only to check how much more of this great movie is left to enjoy!

I really enjoyed it,agree it reminded me of Heat in some parts.

The cast were excellent
