yeah, i'm a massive fan of Björk and her music , but i have almost never been as depressed - crushed, even - as i was when i came out of the cinema at the end of this one. happy smiley Lars Von Trier. have not bought an edition before as a result, but this looks lovely, so may do.

One of LVTs best imo, would have preferred it to be included in the box set, but I'm glad it's getting a proper release.

happy days. well, as happy as you can be with a film that features (BBFC) ‘...emotionally harrowing scenes of violence and horror’ - it would make a great triple bill with Grave of the Fireflies and Requiem for a Dream - but this was a must-have for me. unboxing below, or pics under the Media tab / my photos.

it's a simple slip surrounding the same-artwork amaray. i definitely would have preferred some of the (extensive and varied) film poster artwork that was used rather than this paintbrush wash thing, and of course i would have preferred different slip and amaray artwork than this duplication:

the special features are good, and definitely worth a watch. overall, for fans of Von Tried and/or Björk, this is definitely one to pick up.
