As far as I am aware, only the second one has English subs but please don't quote me on that, I have seen the first one in a normal Amaray for as little as £3, so I'm going to buy that and replace the disc.

Received this today. Not my copy so can't open and check whatever subs'n audio there is, sorry. But this is really cool looking imo.

I think this is up there with one of my favourite steelbooks of all time.

I love the lenti on the front - it gives a really good 3D effect

It looks just as great without the magnet tho. It has the raised border but no other embossing

When you open it up it ALMOST makes one long picture

The discs themselves have great disc art. They are not just re-hashed discs from the amarays - they match not only each other but also the design of the steel

And that's where it does fall down a slight bit. The discs are NOT ENGLISH FRIENDLY. The first film has the option of an English-language menu (?!) but nothing else - German and Dutch languages and subtitles only. The second film doesn't even have an English menu either. It offers English as a language choice, but there are only select portions of the film in English - the rest is still in Norwegian - and there are still no English subtitles AT ALL.

So if you are going to get this steel you'll either need be fluent in German and have a liking to having your films dubbed, or swap them out for your native, non-matching designed discs:

Shame about the lack of English subs, for 19.99 euros (£14), it looks like a nice set at a descent price....
