Just opened my full slip and I love it, can't compare it to kimchi as I dont own it but the texture on this slip is fantastic. Very impressed with the package and loving the glossy poster. Sweet release

The texture and embossed elements are the same as from the KimchiDVD one - on front only, because the back art is different.
The embossing itself of MantLab's is a bit weaker than Kimchi's.

Oh ok, wasn't sure. I kinda prefer the back of kimchi's with the gun on his crouch but it's still a great package

A couple of shots

@Flloydo great pics buddy, lovely premium packaging . All the previous talk about the reluctance of joining the GB paid off  I own the Kimchi version but having seen further pictures, I assume the texture of the slip is similar or the same, Mantalab is the clear winner. Kimchi done a good job overall with both Slip and Lenti, but Mantalab have pushed up a notch. Quality vs Quantity. I just hope they focus on that and not rush to many releases.

I won't be ditching my Kimchi copy as I still love the slip and Lenti but going to hunt for the FS as well. Then I can line up all four directly to make a comparison  I made some exceptions for double premium dipping.

To say that the Mantalab 'blows it away' is a overstatement! It's not like Kimchi have done an awful job lol. Manta just pushes it up another level.

In relation to the Lenti, you cannot really compare them as they are both entirely different. On first seeing the Lenti of ML I was like 'errr :rofl:'. Having time to settle down with the art I really do like it. It's not something you see everyday. It's creative, different and actually suits the theme to the movie. One for the wacky creative art design, the other for the upclose shot pose, both are executed well. IMO there is no definitive version for the Lenti and I am glad Mantalab decided to do something different. So glad I managed to get a trade done for the Lenti and both can be displayed awesomely together.

I like manta and kimchi editions. Not a case of what company wins. as a collector I win. As I have both sets in my collection
Some collectors DO like to know/determine which release from specific retailers "win" as they only want to collect the definitive edition of said release and not double dip ;) I wouldn't say I'm necessarily one of those collectors but they do exist  Saying that, I was happy enough with my Kimchi One Click so passed on Manta's as the front artwork for the fullslip was the same. If the ¼ slip magnet was a Fullslip Lenti, I would have jumped on that as it's so different and unique. Anyways, looking forward to Manta's next WEA... :hungry:
Then I will get FAC Editions when they release them
Oh yes, I plan to pick up FAC :D:cigar:

I saw compared photo of full slip somewhere, seemed Kimchi had more vibrant color, right? But overall Manta is better since it has more goodies... (Kimchi didn't come with booklet, didn't it?)

The poster was a nice little touch. Retailers need to start including these instead of the pointless little business card size cards imo
I personally think cards and posters are pointless. Not a knock on anybody who wants to put a poster up on their wall and certainly not a knock against yourself, but I'm not a 10 year old kid. I would much rather have a booklet, and probably the cards to be honest, than a poster. It just screams a) Cheap and b) Pointless tat, which most things are like the BvS manta keyring. Lets be honest, none of this stuff is free, it is all part of the exclusivity of their package and I would rather have something more substantial for my money than a poster. Now before I get shot down in flames... I buy for a) The film, and b) The packaging artwork, like most of us I imagine.
