I did cancel my original order from Feb and did a reorder on May 10th with a discount code as the price had dropped compared to Feb so I expect it will be later today or next few days before I see my card charged and following day despatch email

Yes, for all their faults, it is one of the things they got right that Zavvi - not even the mighty Amazon employ the 'resolve' option.

I had the same problem last weekend with the Game of Thrones steels on Amazon & they sent me a resolve email. Not sure if its a new thing because its the only time I've had that problem but Amazon do do the resolve thing.

Your order status with pre orders it will stay listed at awaiting stock pick until it's despatched only then will it change

It's different when ordering something already released and in stock it's only then you see status change from awaiting stock pick and when card charged it changes to awaiting despatch before you see it say despatched
