I missed the edition from uk so is this another release or did usa not get this orginally? Will this be released again in uk? Is this one region free by any chance?
And only difference is no cd?
Who is this best ordered from as my experience from amazon usa was always a jiffy for packing which is not ideal for this edition.
I wondet if its got strong box which im sure last one did.

Not sure about the regional code but very doubt that this release will be issued by arrow in the u,k as it was replaced by the regular 1disc version

To not include the cd in any deep red release shoulf be considered as a criminal offense.

Arrow on facebook when announcing the release replied to that question
It will be with a sturdy cardboard case as per the UK Ltd Ed release

On Arrow Video Twitter they gave this reply
Yes, it will be a sturdy box in the same style as Crystal Plumage, Phenomena and Cat O'Nine Tails.

It will be either same slipbox as the previous UK Limited Edition release or will be slipbox that was used with the later UK Limited Edition releases listed in Twitter reply

Only way to know for sure which type slipbox is when someone has in hand the USA release
