I have the Digipak of this from Blu ray Cinemathek Germany which is quite nice.
(IMO the best cover of all the blu ray editions out there.)

I hope this new version has great art as well.

For people who don't know this film: back in 1991 I saw this trailer and just about fell off my chair laughing at the sheer film Genius of it. When I saw that it was being "presented" by Terry Gilliam (a move to help the film get distribution for the unknown directors) I was sold! I saw it the day it came out and my love affair with Jeunet & Caro's brilliance began!
