I've just recieved word from Arrow - the release has been delayed. Everything was ready for the 30th, but there was some last minute complications with the printers. This is completly out of Arrow's control and they're furious about this. Sadly, this means the Demons release will be delayed.

However, the Steelbooks will still be released on the 30th.

Sorry guys! Bad news, but good things come to those that wait, I guess...

Hey cooey, just send it back with a short note about why you are returning it and they will send a new copy. They have a returns procedure here http://hmv.com/hmvweb/navigate.do?ctx=-1;5;-1;-1;-1&pPageID=3331 and they are pretty quick at turning a replacement around. I sent mine standard post but they do recommend recorded just in case. Based in UK you will need the first address:

One tip for you. I received a batch of damaged and opened ones on a recent order from them and in my note I went on about my 'OCD collecting disorder' and since then nothing has been damaged, not even TGWTDT!! so it might help to do that.

Deffo sent it back recorded as when I sent my damaged Priest steelbook back they said they never got it. Could not claim off Royal Mail as I posted it via postbox freepost and HMV refused a replacement. Lesson learned for me.

I have always sent it via freepost but made sure I got a printed proof of postage from post office.
