This is a good looking SteelBook. This should please fans of the movie. I think this is a case where having the title on a PET slip is better than having the title on the SteelBook covering up the lower half of the art.

Nice price too at $19.99. Lionsgate release so the Blu-ray disc may be region "A" locked but the 4K disc will be region free of course.

Have you ever noticed that the names are always backwards or never match up accordingly whenever it's placed underneath the actors. Couldn't they at least just match it up right. Here's a couple of examples. It's more common than you think. You know what they say, "ignorance is bliss"
Didn't mean to ruin it for you since you might notice it all the time now as is the case with this cover for Dirty Dancing.

Looks good in that cha-cha purple but the quality of the artwork is not up to the standard of say Ralf Krause of the famous poster on the left:-

DIRTY DANCING (1987) continuing the run of 1970s and 1980s movies in recently released or soon to be released steelbooks including
BATMAN (1989)
FRIDAY THE 13TH PART II (1981)

FULL METAL JACKET (1987)
EVIL DEAD I and II (1981 and 1987)

Of course nice to see some of these getting the steelbook treatment but would be more down my street if some of the countless classics from the golden age of cinema including films noir get the same treatment.

Lead actor's name usually but not always takes precedence

Gotta list the names in order of importance, top billing and so on.
Patrick Swayze over Jennifer Grey.
Dwayne Johnson over Kevin Hart.
Christian Bale over Bradley Cooper.

Fully aware of that. I'm talking about the poses. I assume that studios are aware that names will appear on posters that'll have the actors around it. Just do it accordingly. There's no excuse this should happen.

There's no excuse this should happen. Really?

Look at the images that you provided for Jumanji and American Hustle.

Dwayne Johnson is in the center of the image and a little further forward than the rest of the cast.

Christian Bale is in the center and further forward than the rest of the cast.

They are the stars. They are the focus. This is the way it's done and should be done even if it messes with your OCD.

Is Beetlejuice and Nightmare on Elm Street still to come? Or was the most recent Beetlejuice 4K the run from this?

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. I don't know what the connection would be between those 3 titles.

This Dirty Dancing 4K SteelBook is being released by Lionsgate.

Beetlejuice is a Warner Brothers release and, as you mentioned, already had a 4K release recently.

Nightmare is also a Warner Brothers release in the U.S. but hasn't had a 4K release yet.
