Disney Slipcover Replacement Program

I am starting this thread because like many I have several Disney movies where I am missing slipcovers. I found out ages ago that Disney will replace what they can for a small fee but I finally decided to make a call and get things rolling today.

The operator at Disney I spoke too was very nice and helpful. They will simply ask you for the list of slipcovers, or o-sleeves as they call it, and take them down. The one thing they also need is the stock number of the movie you want to guarantee that they give you the right version of the slipcover. This number is located on the spine towards the bottom and contains 5 or 6 digits.

I would like to compile a list of every single Disney release with the stock number on this thread. I tried to find some numbers online but to no avail. So everyone post the numbers you have and I will try to update the master list as often as I can. This way everyone can buy not only slips for movies they have in hand but movies they know they are getting in the future.

The cost of getting replacement slipcovers or artwork is $4 for the first one and $1 for each additional one.

Holy cow? You can just send them a letter with the money included for pretty much any slip for a little over $1 a slip? That's crazy. If I had more Disney titles, I'd be all over this.
