Each blu-ray player is coded to play blu-ray discs for a specific region. If you live in North America or Asia, it's region A, Europe is region B, etc. Sometimes discs, especially steelbooks, are region free, meaning that they will play on all blu-ray players. These will display a logo on their packaging that reads "ABC". You can also purchase region free blu-ray players, but they can be a bit pricey.

and EOne/Alliance is notorious for bilingualing the hell out of their steels
I would wager that it is a 99% guarantee to have a bilingual spine.
I would be happy to be wrong but just incase I stuck with the UK version
