I'm not sure, it is still clearly a mock up image as the top of the steelbook doesn't look right. I wouldn't be surprised if this did turn out to be the final artwork though.

How come CeDe are selling this if it is a MM exclusive steel?

The group buys can help mitigate damages and or high shipping costs, especially if the same group buyer helps you with multiple items. Sometimes the group buyer can deal with damages before the Steelbook is passed on to the member. Sometimes the shipping cost negatives any benefit of ordering direct, but it all depends on the retailer, and level of service they provide, after the sale.

Cede is in Switzerland, not in Germany. They get the same steel, but in Germany it is exclusive to MM.
