I had the exact same problem, received the zavvi payment problem email, but my debit card was charged and authorised and on my Zavvi account there was NO problem or resolve button, the order was still 'Awaiting Stock Pick' and soon after was shipped.....

Quite a few people seem to have the same issue

Zavvi systems are garbage, hope they are listening/watching...
