Yeah. It’s the 4K release, with an O-ring slip that has a flip front that holds the prints. These exclusives are no longer very special. I miss the digibooks, digipacks, and booklets.

From someone who is based in USA/Canada that can order from Target for you and then ship to your location or from likes of ebay
As in from a USA member on HDN but note shipping costs can be high if you only need 1 item

Or wait till some stock shows up for sale on Amazon USA with third party sellers or if and when leftover stock is provided to other USA retailers

Some releases don't show up on Amazon due to selling well at target but a lot do eventually show up on amazon if print run was big
It can take a few months sometimes other USA retailers exclusives releases unsold lefover stock to show up on Amazon with Amazon USA as the seller
Note this sometimes does not happen and remains only available from the retailer that has as a exclusive
