I can ship to Slovenia. Costs $31.60 to ship 1-3 steelbooks including box and bubble wrap. I mark a low value but can't help more than that. Most members escape without it, but that's not for me to guarantee.

USPS might be raising rates, so I might be increasing my GB rate this in February.
