Anybody know what's the difference between them?

On the surface, 1 comes with a bonus DVD (and the other 1 doesn't). Also, 1 is being released on 23 Jan 2013 and the other is being released in March 2013. Most strange...

It seems to be postponed. The new release date is now september, according to Amazon.
